What kind of service work did EMSCO Heavy Equipment do for you?

EMSCO was able to perform a 2000hr maintenance service on our Hyundai HX260A, diagnosed a check engine light for an emissions issue, and warranty work.

Were you happy with the service you received from EMSCO?

Gino and his team are always transparent with their time frames for service, costing, and the work they do is completed with attention to details.

What stood out about your experience with EMSCO?

Gino went above and did an additional inspection as we were coming to the end of our comprehensive warranty, so he did this inspection to ensure that any warranty work was able to be completed.

What kind of service work did EMSCO Heavy Equipment do for you?

EMSCO has done multiple things for us such as fix track frames on a D7, engine work on D8, insurance work on 299 skid steer, electrical, A/C, heater work on both Dozers. Many other things were repaired at the same time.

What stands out for us is the fact that if we have a problem with our equipment we can phone the service team at almost any time, and they will answer. This means a lot to us as where we are this place runs 24/7 and the service is very important to us.
