Full Machine Rebuilds

Services Overview  > Full Machine Rebuilds

EMSCO is the right choice for completing full-rebuilds of Heavy Equipment. With the tight supply chain and ever-increasing cost of replacing higher-hour equipment with a new machine, many clients are taking a serious look at the option of a rebuild.  We’re proud to have completed many rebuild projects for both earthmoving and mining clients.

Our process is built for clear communication and full engagement of the customer from start to finish:

1.       EMSCO prepares an initial estimate for the rebuild of the machine.

2.       Parts options are reviewed, discussed, and agreed upon, as we take pride to offer alternatives between OEM and aftermarket   to deliver the most value possible for the rebuild investment.

3.       Upon approval of the estimate, the machine arrives at our facility and is thoroughly washed prior to disassembly.

4.       As the disassembly progresses, the customer is presented with a maximum of 2 change orders for incremental work that was       not able to be identified until disassembly was underway. There are no surprises for the customer, and a clear scope of work is   maintained throughout the rebuild project.

5.       Clients are encouraged to have regular check-ins and shop walk throughs to observe the progression of the machine through       the entire process.

6.       A consistent team of technicians is assigned to a machine rebuild.  We believe this approach delivers the highest quality final   product to our customers.

7.       The rebuild project delivers clients a like-new machine for a cost that is far lower than buying new.
